How to Order

Wording: At Bespoke Invitations we realise that you want your stationery to be as individual as your occasion therefore we have no set, fixed or standard wording. We leave the wording entirely up to you. Be as formal or informal as you wish. We require the wording of your all your stationery items in electronic format, be it by email or Word document — we don't mind.
Choose Your Design
Choose one of our samples from Our Range — alternatively call us to discuss our Bespoke design service and/or how you can customise an existing Our Range design.
Select Items
Select which items in the range (RSVP, Order of Service and etc) you would like. Choose the quantity for each and the wording for the invitation. Next get in touch and call us. We require a £50 deposit to begin the stationery design process. *
Check the Designs
A proof for your stationery will be created and sent to you. Check all details thoroughly and request any amendments. A new proof will be sent as confirmation of your final design.
Sign Off
Sign the Proof Acceptance Form and send it to us with the remainder of your total order cost.
Printing Your Invitations
On receipt of payment printing will commence. Your order will be dispatched to you within four weeks of your signed, final Proof Acceptance Form. **

* Design Process
To minimise typographical and spelling errors all wording to be used in your invitations and stationery should be sent to us in electronic format — Word, spreadsheet, email or etc. When you place your order we will contact you with details where to send your text, list of names and personalised invitation copy.
** Dispatch & Schedule
We understand that some items need to be dispatched before the wording of other items is finalised. For example, your Save the Date cards will need to be with you before your guest list is finalised for Table Name Cards. However, we do require full payment before any printing will commence. This will ensure both continuity of service and will guarantee time in our printing schedule. Along with your final proof a detailed printing schedule will be agreed and sent to you.
